Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Paramaa, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and ensure every order is packed with care. However, if your product is damaged during transit, we’re here to help.

🚫 No Cancellations or Refunds
• We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.
• All orders are considered final and non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange for Damaged Items Only
• We offer exchanges only in case of damage during transit.
• To be eligible for an exchange, you must:
• Record a full unboxing video showing the damaged item clearly.
• Email us the video at loveparamaa@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Exchange:
• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.
• Customers are required to ship the product back to the address provided by our team after your exchange request is approved.
• The shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
• Exchange requests sent without an unboxing video or after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Please note: We currently do not accept exchanges for reasons other than transit-related damages.
